Click the Insights portal button on the MyGuide panel; it will redirect you to MyGuide Insights and automatically log you in

If you login via this link, you have to enter your admin credentials, select captcha and then log into the insights portal.

Go to "Searches"

Click this app switcher icon

You can select any application from here to check the insights

Select a filter from here

Select a date range from here

Click on "Export PDF" to download the Search data to your local system

Search Keywords

Here the word cloud diagram represents search volume against the top 50 keywords (in accordance with the number of hits against each keyword) in the given time frame

Here the table represents top 50 keywords (in accordance with the number of hits against each keyword) in the given time frame. 

You are free to search for the desired keyword using the search feature if you believe it did not qualify.
Keyword: Search keystrokes as searched by various users.
Number of Searches: Number of times each keystroke was hit by various users
Avg. Result Returned: Average number of results (minimum) returned, over the period of time against the number of searched performed for each keystrokes
Clicks: It represents how many times a click was made on any particular item in the search result
