How to add a sentiment/survey in insights, How to enable a survey in creator
1)

Click on plus icon

Enter sentiment title

Select this checkbox if you want this survey to be available across all the applications of an organization

Enter labels here. To create a label, type at least 4 characters and hit enter

As soon as a label is added and we hover over it, a color palette appears from which we can select a color for our label

Click on "Select Type"

Select a question type from the six options

You will get options for every type of survey you select, or you can add a custom question

Click on add icon

You can add up to 10 questions on each page

You can add a new question by clicking on "Add Page," or you can add a new question on the previous page itself

Click on "Confirm"

You can add or delete more surveys from here

Click on redirection icon

You can copy the survey link from here and share with anyone

When you share the survey link, it will open like this

Inside creator settings you need to enable the survey checkbox

Select the survey from the created ones, or you can create a new one by clicking on the arrow icon

When you create a workflow, you can add survey as a step

Select an option from here and click "Submit"

Publish the guide and survey will be available at player end

You can now add a sentiment for a tooltip click action

Click the radio button for "Select Sentiment" option and choose a survey from the available options

When you will click the tooltip icon, the survey will pop up
