Click the four dots of a folder or a subfolder

Click the "Export" option

From here you can export up to 10 guides

You can select from the options which are visible when you click the little triangle

After selecting the guides, click the Export icon

Click "OK".

You can check the status of the exported guide from Task Status

You can export a guide from its menu by clicking the four dots

However, you can not export a single tooltip directly

You need to export the complete folder or sub folder to export the tooltips

To import a guide, you need to click the floating plus icon and select "Import"

Select the zip files of guides from your system

Click "OK".

You can check the progress of import from Task Status
